HI TUMBLR

One year on from the purchase of my first “serious camera” (a bulky Canon DSLR) and I’m still kicking myself for not having put more thought into the buying process. Had I chosen a lighter, more discreet alternative, I would now have the means and the capacity I need to photograph people as they actually are. The ability to capture a real “moment” without disturbing those in the moment what really makes photographs really special.

And let’s face it; a hunk of black plastic the size of my fist with Canon written in big, bold white letters across it isn’t going to go unnoticed easily. Unless you’re blind. And deaf.

So…I’ve set my greedy sights on this little fella. For the time being.

I had one of those back in the physical photography days.

Just bought the fruit tartlets I’ll be serving as dessert at my birthday dinner tonight. PHOTO TAKEN WITH MY NEW CAMERA [Canon EOS 1000D - I am in love. Again]
